Our After Sales Support
Once we have won your business we intend to keep it for many years to come and develop a long and mutually beneficial business relationship.  Our Customer Support Centre provides online helpdesk and telephone hotline assistance whenever you need it. The Centre is permanently staffed by dedicated, full-time, experienced consultants who, in turn, are supported by a team of technical and infrastructure specialists.  We subscribe to the highest level of back to back support with Microsoft which enables our staff to obtain the highest level of support available from the software author.

For your additional peace of mind we maintain a “snapshot” of your system which enables us to speed up support in your own environment.  It also allows us to pre-test and troubleshoot service requests securely outside of your live system environment.
