K3 AX New Business Sales Executive/Regional Sales Manager

K3 AX is part of the manufacturing and distribution systems division of K3 Business Technology Group Plc.

This role will be reporting to the Sales Director and will involve managing new business sales campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying and acting on new business leads
• Managing sales campaigns and the bid process
• Meeting company sales targets
• Working closely with a pre-sales consultant
• Ensuring demonstrations and presentations are delivered to the highest standard

Required Skills

• Background in ERP Sales or related markets
• In depth experience of manufacturing and distribution systems
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Quality focused

Project Manager

• Commercially astute and seasoned project manager.
• Depth of experience in project delivery in Dynamics AX across a variety of domains but with specific reference to distribution and manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of experience with a minimum of two to three full implementations of Dynamics AX preferably within the Reseller channel.
• Demonstrable track record of delivery to time, quality and budget and, most importantly the business case.
• Surestep practitioner underpinned with PRINCE2 and Agile project methodologies.
• Excellent communications skills with both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Experience of successful management of third party solutions and providers.
• Experience of managing off shore development.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive utilisation.
• Manage Issues, Risks and Change Control associated with the project.
• Superior communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict management, problem resolution, change management skills and consensus building skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Functional Consultant

• Experienced Dynamics AX Functional Consultant required.
• Proven track record of delivery and certification in Finance, T & L, Production, Projects in a minimum of two full implementations of Dynamics AX 2009/AX 4.0.
• Ability to lead requirements definition; business process mapping; Fit Gap Analysis; Functional Design and UAT throughout the whole project life cycle.
• Able to work closely with development teams both UK based and off shore and with experience of managing functional delivery to the highest quality standards.
• A focussed and professional individual with a commitment to quality.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills at operational, tactical and strategic level on the client side.
• Natural team player with a proactive and pragmatic approach to systems implementation.
• Excellent documentation skills at all stages of the project cycle.
• Full UK Driving Licence
